Ordering

• Select the photograph of interest: Click on the thumbnail image in one of the galleries to view your selected photograph.

• Place the photo in your shopping cart: Click on the "Purchase"  button.  Select size of the print and click purchase.

• Proceed to Checkout: At checkout your shipping charges and any applicable tax will be added as well as voucher discounts subtracted.

• Complete the purchase: During checkout you will be asked to provide your billing information and "ship to" information. At the end of the process you will receive a statement which you can print for your records. You will receive an email confirming your order as well as an email when your photo has actually shipped.

• Orders by phone, email or mail will also be accepted. To order directly, please refer to the Contact page for phone number, email and mailing address.

  Payment Options

You may pay by credit card, paypal, check or money order. If you select credit card, you can take advantage of immediate credit card authorization or you can provide the credit card information by phone or mail. We accept Visa or Mastercard.

• Credit Card payments online:  All credit card information is collected and processed through an SSL secured server.

• Credit card orders via email, phone, or mail: The order will remain on hold for two weeks pending receipts of the credit card information. Use the order statement provided at the end of the checkout process.

• Check or Money Order: All checks or money orders should be payable to Bryce Interactive. Processing of order will be held until receipt and clearance of check or money order. Please do not send cash.

  Quality Control

Bryce Photography will make every effort to adhere to the highest quality control standards and each item will be carefully inspected prior to shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

If your merchandise has arrived damaged or you are not completely satisfied, you may call us and return the item in the original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, repair, exchange or in-store credit. Clearance items cannot be returned unless damaged in shipment. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and the costs are non-refundable. Please allow 14 days for all refunds.

If an item is damaged during shipping, we will make every attempt to reship immediately upon notification of damages with minimum inconvenience to the customer.

Shipping

All merchandise will be shipped either via UPS Ground or US Postal. Shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process.

Delivery Time

We will make every possible effort to ship your items within seven (7) business days.
